Request Documents Online
ACI offers two easy and convenient ways to submit a request for documents. The first, and by far the quickest way, is to submit a paperless Document Request via our interactive online form.
The second option is to download our
Resale Disclosure Request Form , completing it in full, and then emailing it to: licia@acihoa.com.
IMPORTANT: Prior to processing your request, you must send a check for the amount of the document(s) being requested made payable to Association Communications, Inc., or use our online payment option.
NOTE: We do not handle escrows for the Walnut Park at Walnut Creek HOA. Please contact Condominium Financial Management at (925) 566-6800 for documents related to that particular association.
