Document Request Policy
Below is a table of standard documents available, as well as prices and expected delivery times. Please be sure to view our Escrow FAQ's for answers to some of the most common questions that we are asked during the escrow process.
NOTE: We do not handle escrows for the Walnut Park at Walnut Creek HOA. Please contact Condominium Financial Management at (925) 566-6800 for documents related to that particular association. Their fee for escrow documents is typically $250.
